JSOC Center Founder’s Circle

Jain Samaj of Colorado (JSOC) Center Founder’s Circle – to recognize the donations received for the purchase & remodeling of JSOC Center.

  • All donations greater than $5000 towards the initial purchase & remodeling expenses of the JSOC Center will be recognized in the Founder’s Circle based on the donation tiers below
  • All other donations <$5000 towards purchase & remodeling expenses of JSOC Center may be recognized on the JSOC website or in the Virtual Bricks donation category
  • Founder’s Circle donations will be allocated to the JSOC Center or General funds category based on donors’ instructions
    Founder’s Circle Labh will be offered up to the date of the JSOC Center property purchase/close or until Dec 31, 2025 which ever is later
  • Donors will be recognized in Founder’s Circle after receiving the full donation, before the date of the JSOC Center property purchase/close or by Dec 31, 2025, which ever is later
  • Any exceptions for multiple payments or delayed payments will be reviewed and approved by the JSOC Executive Committee
    Founder’s Circle donors’ names will be displayed inside the JSOC Center (pending final interior design)
  • All donor names including labharti names will have a maximum 32 characters including spaces
  • Multiple donations for the same amount will be recognized alphabetically based on Last name, First name and Middle or Spouse’s first name
  • Corporate matching donations will not count towards individual donations and will be credited to the “General” donations category
  •  Founder’s Circle donors may apply a portion of their donation towards a Labh for JSOC Center (up to 10% of each Labh’s amount)
    • E.g. for a $5,000 Labh amount, a donor may apply up to $500 from their Founder’s Circle donation towards each

Note: The Executive Committee reserves the right to update any documents as deemed necessary with appropriate notification to the members. In case of disputes/conflicts the Executive Committee shall facilitate the resolution and decision of the Executive Committee shall be final.
